Product Transparency
What you see is exactly what you get. All our product images and videos are completely authentic, without filters or edits. If you’d like a closer look, you can request a video call before placing your order.

Shipping & Delivery
We offer free shipping across India.
International shipping is available, and charges are based on actual courier rates. Just send us a message or email, and we’ll make the arrangements.
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive real-time tracking updates directly from our shipping partner. If you need help at any stage, we're here for you.

Returns & Replacements
We do not offer returns or exchanges. Since everything is shown clearly and live video previews are available, transparency is built into our process.
However, if your order is damaged during transit, we will offer a replacement provided:

• A complete, unedited parcel opening video (from outer packaging to product) is shared
• The video is sent to us within 24 hours of delivery
• The package is not re-packed or re-opened during filming

Payments
All transactions are securely processed in INR. Please double-check your details before confirming the order.

No Cash on Delivery (COD)
At present, we do not offer COD. All orders must be prepaid via secure online payment methods.
