At The Sapphire Studio, your satisfaction is our priority. We take great care to ensure every item is described and presented clearly before purchase.Â
Returns & Exchanges
We currently do not accept returns or exchanges for any items once delivered. To ensure transparency, we offer customers the option of a live video preview before placing their order. All images and videos shared on our website and social media are authentic and unedited.
Refunds
Refunds are not applicable, except in cases of damage during transit. If your order arrives damaged, we will offer a replacement, provided the following conditions are met:
- A full, uncut parcel-opening video is shared, starting from the outer packaging and ending with the damaged item.
- The video is submitted to us within 24 hours of delivery.
- The packaging remains unaltered during the recording.

Cancellations
Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once placed. We encourage customers to double-check their selections, shipping address, and payment details before confirming their order.
